Training Squad
Triathlon IQ Training Squad is an option for those athletes, who would like to be part of likeminded community of triathletes.
We understand that to create, manage and adjust training plan can be overwhelming and time consuming, that is why we created this option. It allows athletes to have their plans sent and monitored weekly via Training Peaks platform and stay in communication with the coach, if any adjustments are needed. Full flexibility is allowed, so athletes can amend workouts as and when required (we understand, life gets in the way of training sometimes).
By becoming a member of our squad we will provide you with the right education, tools and inspiration, so you can make best decisions in terms of your training, nutrition or racing. We will guide you and support on your way to reach your triathlon goals and answer all your questions in person during our bi-weekly squad calls.
